new website!
Hello everyone,
I thought it’d be a good time to revamp my website. I decided to add this little blog for news, especially as I try to use social media less and less. We’ll see how long it lasts.
As you may already know, currently the WGA is on strike. As we fight for fair compensation I’ve been joining the picket line every week while also using this time to focus on personal projects. I’m writing a feature film that’s been in my head for years. I haven’t had the time until now because, thankfully, I’ve been busy working. It feels so good to write something for myself again, and explore new processes.
I am proud of my union and all the writers in this industry. As much as we try to keep it fun and bring our good energy to the picket line, there’s no denying that this is a very surreal, heavy, sad, and uncertain time. However, that good energy and that fun has also made it inspiring, hopeful and beautiful.
